A community-based rehabilitation program for 3 to 6 months for individuals experiencing mental health difficulties. Individuals with dual diagnosis will also be considered.
This unique scheme is based in the local community as a less restrictive option to hospital based schemes delivered from a social care perspective and a genuine step-down facility from the hospital setting.
Our aim is to deliver an intensive program individually tailored to meet needs, based on the recovery model of care.
24-hour staff support delivered by experienced STAR workers.
